Job Description:
Razorpay is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a part-time role at a Mid-to-Senior Level, the Remote Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth through effective account management strategies.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring prompt and effective communication with clients. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their goals. 3. Monitor account performance, analyze data, and collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 4. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to cross-sell and upsell products and services to existing clients. 5. Coordinate and conduct regular check-in calls, meetings, and presentations with clients to review progress and discuss strategies. 6. Provide training and support to clients on the effective use of Razorpay products and services. 7. Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. 9. Travel as required to visit clients, attend industry events, and represent Razorpay in various capacities.
Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field. 2. Confident and driven mindset with a proven track record of exceeding targets and goals. 3. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. 4. Excellent people management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 6. Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools. 7. Availability to work part-time hours, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
