Job Description - Account Support Manager


Job Description:


Simplilearn is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, the Account Support Manager will play a crucial role in managing and supporting key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: - Develop strong relationships with key accounts to understand their needs and provide bespoke support - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues - Monitor customer accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Develop account plans and provide regular updates to management on account performance - Proactively address any potential challenges or roadblocks to customer satisfaction


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 8+ years of experience in account management or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Passion for customer service and relationship building - Excellent attention to detail and strong planning skills
