Job Description - Account Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


BookMyShow is looking for a motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team. As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key client accounts. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues - Provide product knowledge and support to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients - Analyze account data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Meet and exceed key performance indicators and client expectations - Provide timely and accurate reports to management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 6 years of experience in account management or customer support - Proven track record of managing client relationships and exceeding targets - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to make sound decisions and think strategically - Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
