Account Support Officer

Job Description:

HealthifyMe, a leading health and fitness app company based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a part-time Account Support Officer to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resourceful, confident, and have a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. As an Account Support Officer, you will play a key role in providing support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have. 2. Assist clients with navigating the HealthifyMe app and provide guidance on how to use its features effectively. 3. Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients. 4. Analyze client feedback and provide insights to the product development team to help improve the app's functionality. 5. Assist in organizing and conducting client events and workshops to promote engagement with the HealthifyMe community. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that educates and inspires clients to lead healthier lifestyles. 7. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the health and fitness industry.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or account management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Planning and strategic planning skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
