Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Licious is seeking a talented Account Support Officer to join our team in Delhi, India. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a resilient and confident personality.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams. 2. Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition. 3. Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Work closely with the sales team to support client retention and growth efforts. 5. Provide regular updates and reports on client accounts to management. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall success of client relationships. 7. Assist with planning and executing client events and initiatives. 8. Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong planning and organization skills. 4. Ability to persuade and influence others. 5. Resilient and confident personality. 6. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
