Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Support Officer to join our team at IBM India in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients in managing their accounts effectively. The ideal candidate will be energetic, hardworking, adaptable, and cooperative.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients in navigating our products and services, providing guidance and troubleshooting support as needed. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination to meet client needs. 4. Monitor account activities, analyzing data and identifying trends to make recommendations for improvement. 5. Prepare reports and documentation for client meetings and reviews. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance client service delivery.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in account management or customer support roles. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6.
