Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Myntra, a leading e-commerce company based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a Remote Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote account support to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account setup, configuration, and troubleshooting as needed. 3. Monitor account activity and report any suspicious or fraudulent behavior. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and upselling. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Must be driven and resilient, able to problem solve effectively and work well under pressure. 2. Excellent persuasion and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients. 3. Previous experience in a customer service or account support role preferred. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. 5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
