Job Description - Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Paytm is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Support Officer to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Associate Level Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting them with their account-related inquiries and issues.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their account-related queries and issues. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding their accounts and transactions. 3. Assist clients with account setup, account management, and account security measures. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to accounts and transactions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account support for clients. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Identify opportunities to improve account support processes and procedures. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to account support.


Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a customer service or account support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a persuasive mindset. 4. Highly driven and resourceful individual who takes ownership of their work. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. 6. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
