Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Account Support Officer to join our team at Pepperfry. This is a work-from-home position based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. As an Entry Level Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and assisting with various accounting tasks.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with account-related inquiries and issues - Process account transactions accurately and in a timely manner - Monitor account activities and report any discrepancies - Prepare financial reports and statements - Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting regulations - Provide support for audits and financial reviews - Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field - Strong analytical and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred - Reliable internet connection and home office setup
