Job Description:
Tata Digital is seeking a passionate and resilient Account Support Officer to work remotely from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, managing accounts effectively, and contributing to the overall success of our team. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage client accounts and ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner 2. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or issues they may have 3. Collaborate with internal teams to create solutions for client challenges and provide ongoing support 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the database 5. Work closely with the Account Manager to develop strategies for client retention and growth 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account management 7. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve processes and drive results 8. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the overall success of the team
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 2. 3+ years of experience in account support or customer service roles 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 7. Passion for client service and a resilient attitude in handling challenging situations 8. Previous experience in people management and teamwork
