Job Description:

Simplilearn, a leading online learning platform, is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Delhi, India. The Account Support Representative will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring their success with our platform.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via email, phone, and chat - Assist clients with account setup and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter - Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communication - Collaborate with our technical support team to resolve complex client issues - Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services to existing clients - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients
