Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Vedanta Resources Limited is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Delhi, IN. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, be energetic, reliable, possess excellent cooperation skills, and be proficient in strategic planning. As an Associate Level Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our account management team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with clients, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: - Assist with account management tasks, such as data entry, issuing invoices, and processing payments - Communicate effectively with clients to address their inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Support account managers in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets - Coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experience - Handle other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Energetic and reliable individual with excellent cooperation skills - Proficiency in strategic planning and problem-solving - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
