Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. 5. Stay up to date on Samsung products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Use negotiation and emotional intelligence skills to de-escalate challenging situations with customers.

Requirements: 1. Strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service. 2. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence to handle difficult customer interactions. 5. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
