Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Microsoft India is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Account Support Representative to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and leadership skills, along with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address any issues or concerns - Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Analyze account activity and provide regular reports to management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - 1+ years of experience in account management or customer support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
