Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Remote Account Support Representative to join our team at Amazon India in Kolkata, West Bengal. In this part-time role at the Associate level, you will be responsible for providing account support to our customers remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent time management and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote account support to customers via phone, email, and online chat - Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and billing inquiries - Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or account support - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong time management and people management skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
