Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Vedanta Resources Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Representative to join our team remotely from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As an Associate Level Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. This part-time position requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, account maintenance, and issue resolution. 3. Conduct thorough research to address client questions and concerns. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell products and services. 6. Stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends. 7. Work closely with other departments to ensure client satisfaction. 8. Continuously strive to improve processes and enhance the client experience.

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a customer service or account support role. 2. Resourceful and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong research skills and emotional intelligence. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
