Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Box8 is looking for a passionate and energetic Account Support Representative to join our team. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with account-related issues and offer solutions to problems - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Stay informed about company products and services to best assist customers - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - Proven experience as an Account Support Representative or similar role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Passion for customer service and helping others - Energetic and positive attitude towards work
