Job Description - Remote Account Support Specialist

Job Description:


Zoomcar is seeking a Remote Account Support Specialist at our Bangalore location in Karnataka, India. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding account-related inquiries and issues. 2. Provide prompt and efficient support through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone. 3. Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and billing concerns in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved satisfactorily. 5. Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management.


Requirements: 1. Demonstrated dedication and passion for providing exceptional customer service. 2. Strong adaptability to changing priorities and a willingness to learn new technologies. 3. Excellent research skills to quickly gather information and troubleshoot account issues. 4. Effective communication skills both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
