Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Nykaa, a leading beauty and wellness e-commerce platform, is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in account management or customer support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Assist in managing client relationships and addressing any issues or concerns. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. 4. Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management. 5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for growth and expansion. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities. 8. Handle any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and take initiative. 3. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 4. Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities. 5. Emotional intelligence to navigate challenging situations with empathy. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
