Remote Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

As a Remote Account Support Specialist at Blinkit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will work remotely from your location in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving account-related concerns. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling products and services to existing customers. 6. Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
