Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Ola Electric is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Delhi, IN. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with 1 year of experience who are resourceful and independent. The Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the account management team, assisting with client onboarding, managing customer accounts, and resolving any client issues or inquiries.

Responsibilities: - Assist with client onboarding and account setup processes - Manage customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information - Communicate with clients to address any questions or concerns they may have - Collaborate with the account management team to develop and implement client retention strategies - Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings - Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-up activities - Negotiate with clients to resolve any billing or payment disputes - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Resourceful and independent personality traits - Strong negotiation and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
