Job Description:


Hilton is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Account Support Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows employees to work from the comfort of their own home. As an Entry Level Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to our account management team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Assist with daily administrative tasks related to account management - Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and address their inquiries - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to brainstorm innovative solutions to challenges - Conduct research to help identify new business opportunities for the company - Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating attention to detail and professionalism - Support the team with any other ad-hoc tasks as needed


Requirements: - No prior experience required; willingness to learn and grow in the role - Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Demonstrated innovation and problem-solving skills - High attention to detail and accuracy in work - Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs - Availability to work part-time hours from home
