Job Description - Account Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Hindustan Unilever Limited is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to work from home in Delhi, IN. As an Associate Level member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to our account management team in various tasks related to client management and project coordination.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist account managers in maintaining client relationships and managing accounts. 2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and resolution of client issues. 3. Conduct research and analyze data to support account management decisions. 4. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of account strategies and plans. 6. Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video conferencing to address their needs and concerns. 7. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Energetic and reliable personality traits. 3. Strong leadership and project management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
