Account Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Dailyhunt is seeking a remote part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate-level Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing assistance with account-related inquiries and issues. 2. Work collaboratively with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide support throughout their lifecycle with Dailyhunt. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback they may have. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address client escalations and provide timely solutions. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients to drive revenue growth. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed support to clients.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in account support or customer service. 2. Resourceful and energetic personality traits, with a strong focus on exceeding customer expectations. 3. Soft skills including cooperation and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
