Job Description:
Infosys is seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This is a part-time position at an entry-level, perfect for energetic and resilient individuals who possess creativity and project management skills.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting them with their inquiries or concerns - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide information - Utilizing company systems and software to accurately record customer information and interactions - Handling customer complaints or escalations in a professional and courteous manner - Collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve call center processes and customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Meeting performance targets and KPIs set by the company
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Must have a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
