Remote Call Center Assistant

Job description:

Practo, a leading healthcare technology company, is seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Delhi, India. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are confident, resourceful, and have excellent research skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries related to our products and services - Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner - Conduct research to address customer questions and concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using computer systems and software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous call center experience is a plus
