Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Ola Electric is seeking a part-time Call Center Assistant to join our team in Delhi, IN. As an Associate Level Call Center Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. We are looking for an energetic and reliable individual who excels in planning and cooperation.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Provide information about our products and services, as well as assist customers with any issues or concerns - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and empathy - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Energetic personality with a positive attitude - Reliable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Strong planning and organization skills - Team player with excellent cooperation skills
