Remote Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Box8 is looking for a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are seeking individuals who are driven, hardworking, possess excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilize scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer communication. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Adhere to call center KPIs and targets. 8. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. 6. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
