Job Description: Razorpay is seeking a passionate and dedicated Call Center Assistant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate Level Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting customers with their inquiries or issues related to our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, gather feedback, and provide solutions to any issues they may have. 3. Maintain a high level of knowledge about Razorpay's products and services to effectively assist customers. 4. Document all interactions with customers accurately and in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues. 6. Meet and exceed daily performance metrics for call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 3. Passionate and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. 7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 8. Flexibility to work part-time hours.
