Remote Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Zerodha, a leading financial technology company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, is seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. - Provide assistance and support to customers with account inquiries, technical issues, and general questions. - Gather and document customer information accurately in the company database. - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service operations. - Meet and exceed call center KPIs and targets.

Requirements: - Passionate and motivated individual with a strong work ethic. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively. - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. - Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
