MakeMyTrip is looking for a passionate and resilient Call Center Assistant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home. As an Entry Level Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting them with their inquiries - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Providing information about products and services - Processing orders and tracking shipments - Updating customer records in the database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting quality and productivity standards set by the company

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude - Passionate about providing excellent customer service
