Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: Google India is seeking a motivated and adaptable Call Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. Working from home in Kolkata, West Bengal, you will be responsible for assisting with customer inquiries and providing exceptional service over the phone.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Update customer information in the database accurately - Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery - Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company - Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services offered by Google India

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills and ability to persuade customers effectively - Critical thinking skills to quickly assess and resolve customer issues - Adaptable and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Comfortable using technology and virtual communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent
