Call Center Associate

Job description:

Lendingkart is seeking a part-time Call Center Associate to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers inquiring about our financial products and services.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns in a professional manner - Making outbound calls to follow up with leads and provide information about our products and services - Processing customer orders and applications through our CRM system - Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Meeting daily call quotas and quality assurance standards - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Excellent time management and planning skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work part-time hours as needed
