Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Lendingkart is currently seeking Remote Call Center Associates to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Call Center Associate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, provide information on our products and services, and address any concerns or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets - Stay current on product knowledge and company offerings

Requirements: - Confident and resourceful individual with strong communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - No prior experience required, but knowledge of call center operations is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using computers and basic software programs - Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup - Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
