Job Description:
Zoomcar is seeking a confident and driven Call Center Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding reservations, vehicle information, billing inquiries, and general assistance. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Assist customers with booking, modifying, or canceling reservations. 4. Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers. 5. Use problem-solving skills to address customer needs and concerns effectively. 6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations. 7. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers. 3. Confidence in handling challenging situations and resolving conflicts. 4. A proactive and driven attitude towards achieving customer satisfaction. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 6. Experience in people management and dealing with a diverse customer base. 7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
