Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Call Center Associate to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. This is a part-time position located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner - Provide excellent customer service and support - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution - Research and resolve customer issues efficiently - Document all customer interactions accurately - Meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs

Requirements: - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills - Creativity and research soft skills - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other software tools
