Job Description:
Tata Steel is seeking a motivated and dedicated Call Center Associate to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers, providing them with information about our products and services, and resolving any issues they may have. Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about products and services. 2. Make outgoing calls to follow up with customers and resolve any issues they may have. 3. Update customer information in the database during and after each call. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive working environment. 5. Meet and exceed performance targets set by the company. 6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and hardworking individual with a positive attitude. 2. Excellent decision-making and communication skills. 3. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes. 5. Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
