Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and independent Remote Call Center Associate to join our team at Samsung India. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone. This position is based in Delhi, Delhi, IN, but allows for remote work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints effectively. 3. Document all interactions with customers accurately and efficiently. 4. Utilize people management skills to handle difficult conversations and manage customer emotions effectively. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume and customer satisfaction ratings. 7. Embrace change and adapt quickly to new technologies and procedures in our fast-paced environment.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence to interact with customers empathetically. 3. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and effectively manage time. 4. Proficient computer skills and experience using customer service software and systems. 5. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus. 6. Motivated to provide outstanding customer service and continuously improve performance. 7. Comfortable working part-time hours and flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends.
