Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Lendingkart is seeking a dedicated Call Center Associate to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and communication skills. The Call Center Associate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers with inquiries related to our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide information, and offer assistance - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Document all customer interactions accurately in the system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed daily call quotas and performance goals - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Reliable and resourceful with a positive attitude - Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems effectively - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required - Must be able to work part-time hours
