Call Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Apple India is currently looking for a part-time Call Center Associate to work from home in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate level employee with at least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Apple customers over the phone.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, products, and services - Resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on Apple products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Driven and resilient personality traits - Soft skills in creativity and innovation - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
