Call Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Call Center Associate to join our team at Tata Motors in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or general information about Tata Motors products and services. 2. Provide excellent customer service by listening to customers' concerns, finding solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 4. Adaptability to changes in processes and procedures. 5. Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home. 7. No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a customer service role is essential.
