Call Center Associate - Work from home

WhiteHat Jr is looking for a motivated and adaptable Call Center Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding their inquiries or issues - Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions in a professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and targets - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Continuously learn and improve product knowledge to better assist customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills and confident phone etiquette - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong project management skills and leadership abilities - Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required - Adaptable to changing priorities and able to handle high-stress situations - Must have a reliable internet connection and suitable workspace to work from home
