Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at Lendingkart in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of call center representatives to ensure high performance and productivity. 2. Develop and implement procedures and policies to improve the overall efficiency of the call center. 3. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to meet performance targets and KPIs. 4. Provide coaching, training, and feedback to call center staff to enhance their skills and abilities. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service processes and procedures. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations. 8. Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a call center management role. 2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 3. Proven track record of successfully managing a call center team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong leadership abilities and decision-making skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. 7. Resourceful and resilient personality traits. 8. Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
