Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Infoys is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. This position is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in call center management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficiency. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). 3. Supervise and train call center staff, providing guidance and support as needed. 4. Monitor call center metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services. 7. Prepare reports and analyze data to track call center performance and make recommendations for improvement. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership and organizational abilities. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Reliable and resourceful personality traits. 7. People management and negotiation soft skills. 8. Proficient in MS Office and call center software.
