Job Description - Remote Call Center Manager


Job Description:


Nykaa is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a leading beauty and wellness e-commerce platform, Nykaa is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to our clients, and we are looking for a confident and reliable individual to lead our call center operations.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote call center agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality customer service. 2. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor call center metrics and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer service efforts. 6. Utilize innovation and creativity to enhance the customer experience and drive customer loyalty. 7. Provide people management leadership, including performance evaluations, goal setting, and coaching.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively. 5. Proficiency in customer relationship management software. 6. Previous experience in the beauty or retail industry is a plus. 7. Demonstrated innovation and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
