Remote Call Center Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and independent Remote Call Center Manager to join our team at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate Level manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our remote call center team. This part-time position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote call center agents to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and efficiency within the call center - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement - Provide ongoing training and support to call center agents - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow - Maintain a positive and supportive work environment for all team members

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a call center management role - Strong planning and communication skills - A passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and effectively manage a remote team - Experience with call center technology and software - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
