Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in using computers and CRM software. 6. Must have a quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work. 7. Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts.
