Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Practo is seeking a part-time Call Center Officer to join our team in Delhi, IN. As an Associate Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing information to customers, and resolving any issues or complaints they may have.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner 2. Provide information about company products and services 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent customer service 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times 7. Meet key performance indicators set by management 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company updates

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail 5. Adaptable and energetic personality traits 6. Soft skills such as teamwork and adaptability 7. Proficient in using computer software and phone systems
