Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and confident individual to join our team as a part-time Call Center Officer at InMobi in Delhi, IN. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize persuasive communication skills to promote products and services to customers. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities for upselling. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. 6. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills. 7. Assist in strategic planning for outreach campaigns and promotions to drive sales.

Requirements: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2. Strong persuasion skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. 3. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. 4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
