Call Center Officer

Icertis is seeking a passionate and resilient Call Center Officer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, issues, and requests related to our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues and provide solutions. 3. Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner. 4. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Identifying and escalating priority issues to management. 7. Meeting call handling quotas and targets.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong negotiation and cooperation skills. 3. Excellent communication skills. 4. Ability to handle difficult customers with grace and professionalism. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and systems. 6. Strong problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
